Great Crested Grebe feeding chick – silverpoint

Great Crested Grebe feeding a chick in silverpoint. Materials used include pure silver and platinum.  Loch Leven and other nearby lochs have lots a Great Crested Grebes and I saw a lot of them when I was younger, but it was ony recently when I was able to watch the parents feed the young for the first time, they are wonderful characters.
