Woodcock sepia pin-feather 3

Painted in sepia watercolour with a single woodcock’s pin-feather — the actual feather used is attached to the paper. This feather split very early on, so the fact that the painting was finished with it is a small miracle! See the gallery images.

I have been asked many times if I have any of these pictures so decided to produce one or two more.
